About evo Seattle Bike Rentals:

Mountain Bikes

evo Seattle is dedicated to getting mountain bikers out there and enjoying the amazing trails that Seattle and Washington have to offer. Our fleet of mountain bike rentals are a perfect way to give mountain biking a try without comitting to an expensive bike, or to get in some riding while visiting Seattle. We offer both full suspension mountain bike rental which are your ticket to conquering the mountain bike trails just outside of Seattle.

Electric Mountain Bikes

Electric mountain bikes (also known as e mountain bikes) have only been around for a handful of years now, but are quickly rising in adoption and popularity. With the help of an electric-assist motor designed to amplify the power of each pedal stroke, our electric mountain bike rentals give riders the ability to go further, climb higher, and venture deeper into the backcountry. One important stipulation that comes with e mountain bikes, however, is that they're not approved for use on every mountain bike trail. Please consult the local trail authority before riding with an electric mountain bike rental.

Gravel Bikes

In the last few years, gravel riding has gone from being a relatively niche discipline to being one of the hottest, and fastest-growing types of cycling. Gravel bikes bring flexibility to riding as they are a road-style bike that excels both on and off-road. Our fleet of rental gravel bikes is the perfect way to put in those miles exploring Seattle and the surrounding area. We offer top-of-the-line gravel bike rentals that are sure to give renters an awesome ride around Seattle. Whether you are visiting on a business trip or looking to give gravel biking a try, evo is Seattle's go-to source for gravel bike rentals.

Hybrid Bikes

Our hybrid bike rentals are perfect for riders looking to get out and explore the city of Seattle. These hybrid rental bikes offer great comfort for an awesome time cruising around the Burke Gilman trail or the city. Hybrid bikes are less aggressive and are more comfort oriented than a performance oriented road bike or mountain bike. Seattle is consistently ranked as one of the most bike-friendly cities in the United States, making evo's hybrid bike rentals the perfect way to explore the city.

Electric Hybrid Bikes

One of the best and most leisurely ways to explore a new city is via electric bikes (also known as e bikes or ebikes). As the name suggests, our electric hybrid bike rentals feature super quiet eletric pedal assist motors that make climbing hills and casual cruising effortless. How? Essentially, these electric bike motors work by amplifying the power of each pedal stroke. Yes, that means you'll still have to pedal but the effort you'll exert will be roughly half that of which you'd have exerted on a traditional bike (non-ebike). For folks who aren't regular bicyclists but still want to cover lots of ground, our electric bike rentals are the perfect solution.

With all of these great options, riders of all types will be able to find the right mountain bike. If you're not sure where to start when looking for a mountain bike, check out our guide on how to choose a mountain bike and guide to mountain bike geometry & sizing. Looking for some trails in the Seattle area? Seattle Bike Paths:

Burke Gilman Trail:
The Burke Gilman Trail is a 27 mile long trail (with plenty of other paths and routes to connect with) that follows the shores of Lake Washington, Lake Union and the Lake Washington Ship Canal. evo Seattle is just blocks off the trail in Fremont. Ride west and you will cross through the Ballard neighborhood on the way to the Hiram M. Chittenden Locks which connect Lake Washington and Lake Union to the Puget Sound. The Burke Gilman ends on the west side at Golden Gardens Park, a beautiful sandy beach on the Puget Sound with views of the Olympic Mountain Range. To the east, the Burke Gilman Trail passes through the University of Washington and up the shore of Lake Washington all the way to Redmond.

Westlake Trail
Looking to head into Downtown Seattle, or to the Pike Place Market? Pedal your rental bike south over the Fremont Bridge onto the West Lake Trail. This off-street path follows the shore of Lake Union towards downtown, bringing riders right to the Space Needle. From here, protected bike lanes can be used to get downtown or to the market.

Elliot Bay Trail
The Elliot Bay Trail features some of Seattle’s best waterfront views, hidden to car traffic by industrial yards. The bike path runs from the Pike Place Market north along a beautiful waterfront park. This hidden gem is a great place to check out on a trip to Seattle.
